Mam-On Island and Suyangan Island are found just off the coast of mainland Siargao. The two islands have beautiful beaches and are covered in palm tree-covered hills. The reef surrounding both islands and in the channel between the two is truly remarkable.
From Siargao, it is about a one-hour boat journey if you leave General Luna on a classic, outrigger boat. There are no standard tours offered to Mam-On Island and Suyangan Island. However, many of the tour operators use Mam-On and Suyungan as an alternative to the other, busier islands.

Sugba Lagoon is one of Siargao’s top rated destinations which offers an unforgettable experience at one of the bluest lagoons you’ll ever see.
Sugba Lagoon is about an hour boat ride from Del Carmen or an hour and a half boat ride from General Luna. From the air, Sugba Lagoon resembles a strange maze of vibrant water separated by small islands and domed mountains.
It is hidden in the heart of the second biggest mangrove in the Philippines. The scenic boat ride will take you past a mystical mangrove forest and into a vivid turquoise-hued lagoon surrounded by lush greenery. Every corner of the lagoon is a post-worthy landscape shot. One can get to partake in water activities like swimming, jumping off the iconic diving board, or paddling it out on a bamboo raft.

There are so many awesome things to do in Siargao Island but one of the most popular activities is to get off the island and go island hopping. There are three beautiful islands only a short long-tail boat trip away from General Luna. These are Guyam Island, Daku Island, and Naked Island.
All three islands are in close proximity to each other and have powdery white sands and clear blue seas. Naked Island is so-called because it is a beautiful sandbar devoid of vegetation. Guyam Island is a small tropical paradise where walking around it would not take more than 15 minutes. It also has a snorkeling spot with coral formations. Daku derives its name from the Visayan word for ‘big’ or ‘large’ and it is the biggest among the three. Optional activities include snorkeling, swimming, kayaking and surfing. The southern end of the island has big waves and suitable for surfing.

Corregidor Island (also known as Casolian Island) is just off the coast of mainland Siargao in Surigao del Norte, Philippines. It has several beautiful beaches and coves but it is well known for its palm tree-covered hills, which visitors can reach after taking a quick hike from the beach. A Corregidor Island tour is part of many of the island-hopping trips that leave Siargao every day.
To get to Corregidor Island from Siargao, the most common way is to join a group tour that includes Corregidor but also another one or two island visits. It is possible to book a private boat tour but this will be much more expensive.

Situated 20 km South of Doha, Qatar, Al Wakrah Beach has become one of Qatar’s most popular family beaches.
The golden sand beach of Al Wakra is flat and wide. Just like Simaisma, the sea is far from the beach, especially at low tide. Once you get to the sea, the shallow water extends to a very long distance but the walk to the sea is fun as sandbars can be seen during low tide.
The main beach offer some shade from the soaring midday temperatures and good facilities such as playgrounds, a volleyball pitch, a soccer pitch, toilets and BBQ facilities for picnic.

Situated approximately 45km north of Doha, Simaisma is a serene coastal village in Al Daayen, Qatar. Its beach is one of the most convenient and popular of Qatar’s family beaches.
With kilometers of fine sand, Simaisma beach is a delight for visitors. The water is quite far away from the shore and relatively shallow. At low tide visitors have to walk through some mangroves to reach the shoreline.
The mangroves in the beach offer a place of pure tranquility and children visiting the beach can be taught the crucial role mangroves play in land preservation.
